On Saturday, December 9, 2023, come and experience an exceptional evening at the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau as part of the Christmas in the Land of Castles event. In its Christmas decor, the Château will come alive for an evening more magical than ever.

If you've always dreamed of spending a Christmas evening in a castle, this is the evening for you!

As night falls, the glow of daylight gives way to light shows that make the Christmas atmosphere even more enchanting.

In a graceful stroll, a duo of stilt-walkers welcomes you to the main courtyard, while inside, characters in 19th century costume portray the castle's inhabitants. What effervescence! Marquis, marquise, linen maid, housekeeper or cook... they're all busy welcoming their evening guests and bringing the décor to life.
